Q: How can I book my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Oldsmar?

A: You have several options:

  1. Click [THIS LINK] to automatically access our group rate and book 2 nights. If it does not auto-populate correctly enter our group code CHHKIP.

  2. Call the hotel at (813) 818-7202 and ask for the Chabad Group Rate using booking code CHHKIP.

If you book outside our promotion, please notify us right away so we can request a room for you on the lowest floor.

Q: Do I need to book 2 nights?

A: No. You can book just 1 night and move your belongings to the main room by 12 PM the next day.
If you prefer to have a private space to rest between daytime services, you may book 2 nights instead.

If booking only 1 night, you can still use our direct link — simply select “Edit Your Stay” to adjust the dates.

Q: Do I need to stay at the Hampton Inn to attend Yom Kippur services?

A: No, all are welcome to attend services. Services are free, you are welcome to make a Yom Kippur pledge HERE.

Q: Can I use the hotel’s electronic keys on Yom Kippur?

A: A Hampton team member may be able to use your electric Key card to open your door if you are not comfortable leaving your room unlocked throughout your stay.  Hampton Team Member escorts cannot be guaranteed.

Q: What floor will I be staying on?

A: The hotel will do their best to place our reservations on the lowest floor available. Please note: Floors and room locations cannot be guaranteed. (the max floor is 6), adjoining and connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed. 

Q: Will there be food available at the Hotel during the fast?

A: No, there will not be any food available before, or during the  fast. If you require food throughout the day please make arrangements. There will be a delicious break-fast meal after services are completed on Tuesday evening.
*There will be food available for the children during the kids program.

 

Q: Will there be a break-fast meal?

A: Yes, Rabbi will make Havdalah after services and there will be a delicious Break-Fast Buffet.

Q: What time is check-in on Wednesday, October 1st?

A: Check in is at 3PM.
