October 7, 2023, will forever mark a day of profound loss for the Jewish people. Despite this tragedy, our community of Pinellas County stands resilient and united.
As we approach Simchat Torah on October 24, 2024, we will gather with renewed joy and determination. We warmly invite you to join us in a celebration that reflects both our unity and our hope for the future.
In remembrance of the 1,200 precious lives lost, Chabad of Pinellas County will be dedicating a special white Torah cover, beautifully embroidered with the words "Am Yisrael Chai." This cover, crafted in Israel to support the local community, will also carry a heartfelt tribute to those who perished.
Your participation in this meaningful initiative is greatly appreciated. Every donation, no matter the amount, makes a difference. Contributions of $180 or more will be recognized on a commemorative board during the holiday.
Let’s come together, celebrate with joy, and pray for a year of healing and redemption. Together, we will dance and honor the enduring spirit of our people.
