If you book your room outside our promotion, please let us know as soon as you book so we can request to get you a room on the lowest floor. Check in is at 3PM.  Please note: Floors and room locations cannot be guaranteed. (the max floor is 6), adjoining and connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed. Hilton Team Member escorts cannot be guaranteed.
